Covrix Shipping Policy

At Covrix, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking details.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During this time, we carefully prep, package, and quality-check your order before shipment.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM EST may begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Once processed, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 6-10 business days depending on your location.

  • United States & Canada: 6-10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7-12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8-14 business days
  • Other International Locations: 10-15 business days

🚨 Note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Standard Shipping (6-10 business days): FREE on all orders over $50.
  • Orders under $50 may have a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking number for real-time updates.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for further details.
  3. If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days, reach out to us at covrixhairline@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Address & Shipping Changes

Once your order is placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible. Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Covrix is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.


8. Order Not Delivered or Stuck in Transit?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
✅ Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
✅ Contact the shipping carrier for details.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
