At Covrix, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return and refund policy.
1. Color Match Guarantee – Free Shade Swap
Finding the perfect hairline shade shouldn’t be stressful. That’s why we offer a Color Match Guarantee:
- If the color you ordered isn’t the right match, we’ll send you a different shade for free—no extra charge.
- You can request a one-time shade swap within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To request a shade swap, email us at covrixhairline@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of your hair under natural lighting.
Note: The original product does not need to be returned for a shade swap.
2. Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason beyond color matching, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Eligibility for a Return:
✅ Product must be in unused condition
✅ All original accessories (e.g., brush, applicator) must be included.
✅ A return request must be submitted via email at
covrixhairline@gmail.com
before shipping the product back.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Products marked as final sale or part of a promotional giveaway.
❌ Items that are heavily used or missing essential components.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
